Carton House Demesne
GFM Systems have installed their first domestic application of their liquid roofing membrane products on several properties at GEM Construction's site at the new luxury housing development at Carton House Demesne. The Polyroof 185 fibreglass roofing system (GRP) was successfully used on several of the properties for the balcony areas of this luxury development. Polyroof 185 is a seamless, cold applied membrane that is suitable for warm or cold roof designs. It withstands regular foot traffic and is highly resistant to vandalism. The system comes with a full 20-year manufacturer’s guarantee and for added peace of mind, is 30-year durability rated by the BBA.
Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI)
GFM Systems becomes one of the first roofing companies in Ireland to be registered with Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) on the SEI Energy Professionals Resource list. This is in line with GFM Systems commitment to developing sustainable energy such as Eco friendly roof mounted building-integrated photovoltaic systems. These solar products are seen by GFM Systems as an important element in the development of EcoHomes and buildings
