Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Objective: This will include direct responsibility for the preparation of monthly valuations, variations, site measurements and assisting the Chief Quantity Surveyor
Reporting to: Chief Quantity Surveyor GFM Systems
Responsibilities
1. Management Reporting
To take full responsibility for timely, accurate and appropriate management information.
2. Financial planning
To provide input to the company's financial planning circle including reliable forecast complementing actual result and budgets for the financial period.3. Management Information systems
To take an active and constructive part in the implementation of financial and operational systems.
Individual performance criteria: To be agreed
Person specification: The person required would have a qualification in quantity surveying. A clean driving licence and transport would be required as the job would entail visiting sites.
