| The roof of this stunning new hotel in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, curves in two directions – both in plan and in section - which made installation doubly challenging. And, on this Sika-Trocal standing seam roof, each seam had to run in perfect uniformity from elevation to elevation, as the seams would be visible from the ground. Achieving the sleek, bull-nose edge finish for this curved structure also called for precision workmanship, as each piece had to be accurately measured and laser cut before fabrication. Ultimately, with an expert team, hours of careful planning, and close collaboration with the engineers, we delivered a roof that is as functional as it is beautiful. |
